DOA Requests

When you buy from REEF FACTORY US, you can be assured with full confidence that your purchase is in good hands. Our REEF FACTORY US team is committed to each of our customer’s purchases to ensure the optimal health of your livestock and your complete satisfaction. 

If your new coral dies within 3 days of delivery time, we promise to issue store credit or a replacement with the same coral as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. We do not provide coverage for shipping costs for replacement orders. 

Our 3-day guarantee applies to the following:

• An email with a CLEAR picture of the deceased coral within 3 days of delivery time as posted by FedEx.
• DO NOT remove the coral from the plug for 3 days or the guarantee is null and void. 
• DO NOT discard the deceased specimen or ship it back without permission from REEF FACTORY US. This will void our guarantee.
• ACCEPT the shipment even if the box is damaged or leaking. Refusing the shipment will void the guarantee.
• Our 3-day guarantee ONLY applies to online orders. 
• Our guarantee applies to corals ONLY. 
• Order cancellations prior to shipping will receive 100% credit to be used within 90 days or a refund with a 20% restocking fee.
